The permanent magnet motor consists of stator, rotor, bearing device, end cover, junction box, fan/fan cover, in which, the stator is a fixed part of motor and consists of one stator core, base and 3-phase field winding. The rotor, as the revolving part of motor, is mounted with permanent magnet poles. Hiest provides customers with a series of standard and customized permanent magnet synchronous motors which have the following characteristics compared with the traditional asynchronous motors:

1、High efficiency: Efficiency index of HCTY/HCTYP series permanent magnet motor is over 92%, reaches National Class 1 and it is superior than the EU IE4 (motor efficiency level in 2017) standard.

2、High power factor: As for HCTY/HCTYP series permanent magnet motor rotors, they are free for induced current excitation, while the stator winding has resistive load; the motor has high power factor when it is running between the 1/4 load and rated load. The power factor at rated point is close to 1.

3、High starting torque: The starting torque of HCTY permanent magnet synchronous motor is about twice that of Type Y/Y2 motor.

Wide range of speed adjustment: The motor speed is strictly in direct proportion with frequency; the variable-frequency speed adjustment accuracy is very high and the width can reach 1:1000, while the asynchronous motor is just 1:100. Others: Small size, light weight, low material consumption, noise and temperature rise; simple structure and reliable running.
