Collaboration between Northern Rare Earth and MagLand

On March 7, top managers and chairman of Northern Rare Earth, Wang Chen, came with visit to our factory. During the attendance company plans, prospects, ideas and future projects were discussed all together.

At first, the full overview of production, motor assembly and R&D center was made. Mr. Wang, chairman of Northern Rare Earth, expressed admiration of company growth, implementation new modern equipment and methods into the research and manufacturing process to produce high quality products according to newest standards and market requests. Visitors shared desire to have further cooperation, strengthening partnership, sharing technologies and market broadening.

During the meeting, Chairman Wang pointed 3 goals on the agenda: visiting partners to strengthen the communication, looking for new opportunities and discussion about future perspectives in common rare earth industry partnership. Jack Li, general manager of MagLand, introduced our current products, including new series of energy efficient permanent magnet direct drive motors and magnet coupling products.

Mr. Wang and Mr. Li agreed to develop and deepen cooperation, sharing technologies and training stuff. The common target is taking active participation in the permanent magnet industry progress and increasing own influence in it.

After the meeting Mr. Wang and his team attended MagLand to take a look at whole cycle of production of the permanent magnet NdFeB, that is key part of energy saving permanent magnet motors. During the visit they were introduced to main stages of production process including the used equipment and methods of quality control.

Questions regarding magnet materials, its usage in high-efficient motors were raised during deep talk. Both sides shared hope for further cooperation.

There visits created a strong foundation to common growth and strengthen partnership between Northern Rare Earth and Hechuang. We believe the common efforts and work will lead to significant achievements in permanent magnet industry.
