Enhancing Workplace Safety: ZHUJI HIEST Conducts Fire Safety Training and Drill
In line with our ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all employees, Hiest successfully organized a comprehensive Fire Safety Training and Emergency Evacuation Drill on 1st Sep. The event took place at our factory and saw active participation from staff across all departments.
The program began with an informative training session conducted by Mr.Liu. Employees were educated on essential fire prevention techniques, the different classes of fires, and the correct usage of various fire extinguishers. The presentation also covered crucial evacuation procedures, including identifying the nearest exits, assembling at designated muster points, and assisting colleagues during emergencies.
Following the theoretical session, a practical fire drill was simulated. Upon hearing the alarm, all employees promptly and calmly evacuated the building according to established protocols. The drill effectively tested our emergency response systems and ensured everyone was familiar with evacuation routes.
"We believe that preparedness is key to preventing and managing emergencies," said Jack. "This exercise was crucial not just for compliance, but for empowering our team with the knowledge and confidence to act swiftly and safely should a real incident occur. We are proud of everyone's cooperation and the smooth execution of the drill."
The event concluded with a debriefing session where participants could ask questions and provide feedback. The safety team confirmed that the response time met excellent standards and highlighted areas for continuous improvement.
Hiest remains dedicated to the highest standards of employee safety and will continue to organize regular training and drills to foster a culture of awareness and preparedness.
